Guidelines
Rowiki is a free public resource with the aim of distributing general information to the rowing community. All the pages herein are created and maintained by the community at large. We sincerely hope that users will abide by a few rules:
- Please don't steal material from any other sources, including other web sites.
- Please don't massively change or delete an entry without first contacting the author.
- Please do not post ads or links to ads or links to auction sites or links to anything except more information. There is a commercial section for those that would like to describe their businesses.
- If you can't think of something nice to say, don't say it.
- If we feel this service is being abused, we reserve the right to block users.

So what do I do?
First, you will need to sign up for a user account to edit pages (you don't need an account just to view pages). If you would like to become an administrator, please contact the WikiSysop.
Once you have a login name, if you're not sure what to add, just click on one of the wanted pages links and start editing. When you save your article, it is automatically published.
If you want to add something not on the wanted list, you'll have to edit another page to create a link to it. For example, to add your club, click on the Clubs link and edit that page. To add your high school, click on High Schools, for colleges, click Colleges and Universities. Then add your link to the list in alphabetical order. When you save it, it will show up in the list. All you have to do is click on the name you just added to create a new entry. It will say "no entry yet" and give you a big empty text field. Start typing and away you go!
Please make sure to look at other club pages to see what information to include. Things like directions to your club are a good idea. Things like a roster are not. Please make sure to include a link to your club page for that kind of information.
